Are your soaps handmade?

Yes. Every Aderou Skin product is handcrafted in small batches from our home in Delaware, Ohio.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are created with thoughtfully selected ingredients and are especially loved by customers with delicate or sensitive skin. However, because every skin type is unique, we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before use.

How should I store my handmade soap?

To help your soap last longer, keep it dry between uses by placing it on a soap saver or well-draining soap dish.

Why are bars slightly different in size or appearance?

Because each product is handmade and hand-cut, slight variations in color, design, and size are completely natural and part of what makes every bar unique.

How long do your soaps last?

With proper care and storage, most bars last approximately 3–5 weeks depending on frequency of use and storage conditions.

Are your products heavily scented?

We offer both scented and unscented options. Our scented products are lightly fragranced to create a soft, comforting skincare experience.

What is whipped tallow cream?

Our whipped tallow cream is a handcrafted moisturizer made with carefully selected ingredients designed to leave skin feeling soft, nourished, and deeply moisturized.

Do your products contain harsh detergents?

No. Our soaps are traditionally handcrafted and do not contain harsh detergent-based cleansers commonly found in many commercial soaps.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
