At Aderou Skin, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared and packaged.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Aderou Skin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will gladly assist you.
